1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Notch Prompter (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Notch Prompter ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Notch Prompter on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, defame, or harm any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, user interface, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.

5. User Content

Notch Prompter allows you to enter text scripts for use as teleprompter content. You retain full ownership of all content you create or enter into the App. Since the App does not transmit or store your content outside of your device, we have no access to your content and make no claim over it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you use in the App complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
