Terms of Use for StarryWords

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StarWords (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of StarryWords ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use StarWords on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

3. Eligibility

The App carries an App Store age rating of 4+ and is intended for a general audience. It is not specifically directed at children and is not offered as a "Made for Kids" app. If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. See Section 13 of our Privacy Policy for further details on children's privacy.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, defame, or harm any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, servers, or networks connected to the App, including the backend services that power the App's AI features
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or interact with the App's AI features in a way that circumvents normal usage
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any content filters or safeguards built into the App's AI features, including the restriction described in Section 6
